What we collect
If you send us a message or submit a business for listing, we keep what you typed into that form — your name, the contact details you gave, and the message itself — so that we can reply and check the listing. The address the form was sent from is recorded alongside it, which is how automated submissions are told apart from real ones.
The list of products you build on this site is kept in your own browser session. It is not sent anywhere until you choose to send it to a business.
What is counted
We count how often a listing is opened, how often its call and WhatsApp buttons are used, and what people search for, so that a business can see whether its page is working and we can see what the directory is missing.
These counts carry no name, no account and no address — a row records what happened, which listing it happened on and on what day, and nothing that could be traced back to the person who did it. Repeat views from the same browsing session are not counted twice.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to the businesses listed here unless you contact those businesses yourself. We do not build a profile of you across visits, and we do not track you onto other sites.
Business listings
Details on a business's page — its name, address, phone number, the areas it covers and its opening hours — are published so customers can find and contact that business. If you run a listed business and want something changed or removed, tell us and we will do it.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie so that your chosen city and your product list survive between pages. If analytics is switched on, that service sets its own cookies to count visits.
